Better Together Public Health Summit 2025

We’re excited to welcome you to the Better Together Public Health Summit, a community-wide celebration of what’s working in Lebanon County. With the theme “Celebrating Progress, Accelerating Change,” this year’s event will spotlight the innovative, collaborative efforts making a difference across our region.

You’ll hear powerful examples of progress including:

• A Housing Grant Celebration with updates from the Lebanon Rescue Mission, Lebanon County Christian Ministries, and the Housing Collaborative
• Insights from WellSpan’s latest Community Health Needs Assessment, helping to chart the course ahead

• Mobile outreach and care from Penn State Health, Union Community Care, and Lebanon Family Health Services

This summit is more than a meeting—it’s a moment to recognize how far we’ve come, share what’s working, and recommit to the work that lies ahead. Together, we are creating a healthier, more connected community.
