Struggling with sleep? It may not be where you think the problem is.Join us for a small-group community talk exploring the key physiological and lifestyle factors that influence sleep quality.
Sleep doesn’t begin when your head hits the pillow.
Sleep affects how we think, move and show up each day.
Join us for a 60-minute in-person community talk where Keith Brown from nyuü chiropractic will explore the key physiological and lifestyle factors that influence sleep quality and your internal body clock.
Together, we’ll look at:
• How your environment influences your internal body clock
• The role of the nervous system in shifting from alert to rest
• How common substances can affect sleep patterns
• The impact of daily stress and mental load before bed
• How movement, routine and physical comfort influence overnight recovery
This session is designed to provide practical, evidence-informed education you can apply in your own life. You’ll leave with simple strategies to help support healthy sleep patterns and more consistent evening routines.
This is a small-group, interactive community talk limited to 20 seats. All ticket proceeds will be donated to the Bullsbrook Volunteer Fire Brigade.
We look forward to welcoming you to the first of our nyuü Community Workshops for 2026.
