Looking to catch some quality Zzz's? Join us in person at The Well Centre for a chilled-out session all about better sleep and deep relaxation. Perfect for unwinding, de-stressing, and picking up simple tips to drift off easier at night. Come relax, recharge, and leave feeling refreshed!
These relaxed group sessions will run weekly and will cover a different theme each week. You don't have to attend every week, just drop in when you can.
Week 1 - 22nd March- Stress management and relaxation.
Week 2 - 29th March - Healthy mind, healthy body
Week 3 - 12th April - Boosting self-Esteem and confidence.
Week 4 - 19th April - Improving memory and concentration
Week 5 - 26th April - Overcome sleep issues
