Welcome to a monthly ritual in plain clothes: a space to remember yourself, or to move something that got stuck.
You might just land in a room full of people who, rather than competing, are just trying to be real with themselves and each other.

Every session is different.if you have worked with me before, you probably know, I have an overflowing tool bag, full of awesome exercises, ideas, and ways to hold space in a safe, inviting, enriching way.

Stir that around with what shows up in the room, and…

You might find yourself drawing In a group, speaking truth to a stranger, or sitting quietly with a snack and your breath.

There is always structure—but it’s alive.
There is always leadership—but it’s attuned and supportive.

When it feels right, You can count on a 20-minute break with food And drinks provided. And this is a community offering, so if you want to bring something, we will eat that too…

You just have to show up and be. You can even leave early, and that practice itself, that micro-courageous step where you listen to your own needs, is... Better.
