Move with greater confidence and feel more steady in your body. If you’ve been feeling unsteady or less confident in your balance, you’re not alone. Many people notice changes over time. The good news is that balance can improve at any age.
This workshop is not about pushing your limits. It’s about learning how your body supports you and discovering practical ways to feel more stable in everyday movements—like walking, turning, reaching, or getting up and down. We’ll use gentle yoga-based movements to support balance in a way that feels safe and accessible.
Rather than forcing balance through effort, you’ll discover how your body naturally organizes itself for sturdiness. You may even find that a little movement—or “wobble”—is part of how your body learns to respond and stay upright.
Through gentle, guided exploration, you’ll notice how sensing your feet, allowing your hips to support movement, and letting your breath move naturally can make a meaningful difference. We’ll also practice simple ways to recover your balance—so you can feel more prepared and less worried when your body is challenged.
This workshop is designed for adults who want to feel steadier, more independent, and more at ease in daily life. No prior yoga experience is needed. All movements are gentle and adaptable, so you can participate in a way that feels right for your body.
You’ll leave with clear, practical tools you can use right away, along with a handout to support your home practice.
Enrollment is limited to 12 participants. Please register early to secure your spot.
