'Dynamic Dynamite!' (advanced pole) – 1.5hr //£55
Workshops are built around learning dynamic pole combos and flips. These workshops are built around learning dynamic pole skills such as fonjis, shoulder roll overs, releases and catches! All the fun scary stuff! as well as learning different grips and dead lift tricks and combinations. Students must be able to twisted grip handspring and aerial shoulder mount)

'Intermediate pole Nastics' - 1.5hr // £55
Workshops based on how to do basic versions of harder skills. Cool tricks and transitions. INTERMEDIATE this workshop contains dynamic combos which include flips, drops, rolls and transitions suitable for intermediate level polers and above. Learn how to safely flip and tumble down the pole using correct technique. Students must be able to invert, extended butterfly, brass monkey, scorpion.
• (C) 2:15pm - 3:45pm
