From Garden to Pantry: The Harvest is IN!
Your garden worked hard — now it’s time to turn that beautiful harvest into meals, snacks, and pantry treasures that last well beyond the growing season. In this lively, hands‑on class, you’ll learn the basics of canning, freezing, drying, and smart storage so your produce stays fresh and fabulous. We’ll also whip up simple, delicious recipes that make your veggies and herbs shine, from quick‑pickled crunchies to “I grew this!” dinners. By the end, you’ll feel like a harvest‑handling pro with a pantry (and fridge) full of bragging rights.
Each class includes a FREE community meal.
