ENGLISH ↓🌫️ A fátyolfestés avagy "veil painting" egy meditatív, lassú, rétegről rétegre halványan épülő (lazúros) avarellfestési technika, ami az antropozófia művészetéből is lehet ismerős. A színeket nagyon halványan, áttetszően pakoljuk egymásra, minden egyes réteg, vagy fátyol akkor kerül fel a felületre, amikor az előző teljesen megszáradt, így finom átmeneteket és mélységet adva az alkotásnak. Ennél a módszernél érdemes a koncepciókat elvetni és inkább csak a színekkel, a színek mozgásával haladni, hogy ebből a megengedésből a kép szép lassan megjelenjen magától. Ez a módszer a fény, a szín és a sötétség törvényeinek organikus megértésére is épít, gyakran éteri vagy fénylő hatásokat eredményezve.
🌫️ Ez az alkalom nem kifejezetten terápiás fókuszú, de maga a tevékenység elmélyültséget igényel. A ráhangolódást egy (fókuszos jellegű) vezetett meditáció fogja majd segíteni. Azután egy rövid technikai bemutatót kaptok, hogy a 3 órás csendes és önálló festő-meditáció elindulhasson, ahol természetesen bármikor választ kaptok technikai kérdéseitekre, elakadásaitokra. A workshopon egy kisebb gyakorló képet és egy A3-as festményt tudtok majd elkészíteni. A folyamat végén egy visszajelző kört csinálunk, nem elemzünk. :-)
🌫️ A módszer meditatív jellegéből fakadóan kiválóan használható művészetterápiás eszközként is, ezért a workshop segítő szakmabelieknek is ajánlott.
🌫️ Amire szükségetek lesz: akvarellfesték, széles puha ecset és minél nehezebb, érdes akvarellpapír. Ezek mind biztosítva lesznek.
A módszer elsajátítása nem igényel semmiféle előképzettséget, kézügyességet, csak odafigyelést és türelmet. :--) 10-12 év feletti gyerekeket is szívesen látunk.

🌫️ Veil painting is a meditative, slow aquarelle painting technique, which may be familiar from the art of anthroposophy. The colours are painted very faintly, translucently, each layer or veil being applied to the surface when the previous one is completely dry, giving the work subtle transitions and depth. With this method, it is worth discarding concepts and instead just going with the colours, with the movement of the colours, so that from this indulgence the image slowly emerges on its own. This method also builds on an organic understanding of the laws of light, colour and darkness, often resulting in ethereal or luminous effects.
🌫️ This session is not specifically therapeutic, but the activity itself requires reflection. To get in the mood to create, a guided meditation will be facilitated at the beginning of the session. You will then be given a short technical introduction to get the 3 hour silent and independent painting meditation started, where you will of course get answers to any technical questions or stumbling blocks you may have at any time. During the workshop you will be able to create a small practice painting and an A3 painting. At the end of the process we will do a feedback circle, no analysis. 🙂
🌫️ The meditative nature of the method makes it an excellent art therapy tool, and the workshop is therefore also recommended for helping professionals.
🌫️ What you will need: watercolour paint, a wide soft brush and watercolour paper as heavy and rough as possible. These will all be provided.
No previous training or talent is required to learn the method, just attention and patience :--) Children over 10-12 years old are welcome.
