About this Event
There is much more to do in La Jolla beyond the adorable seals, sea lions, and stunning scenery. The hidden and must-see treasures can now be experienced as part of a brand-new Walking Tour with knowledgeable guides representing the best of La Jolla.
This is the perfect option for visitors who want to get a little exercise (we cover about 2 miles and climb a hidden staircase) as well as a taste of all that this charming, historic community has to offer. Tours will be offered every Thursday afternoon beginning at 12:30 PM and will last approximately 4 hours including a hosted happy hour at three unique ocean-view restaurants.
Included in Your Tour: free Parking, admission to all attractions, expert guides, snacks PLUS hosted happy hour at three unique La Jolla Village restaurants.
We meet at Edna Pines Art Studio located at 7752 Fay Avenue.
Over a dozen attractions blend activity, scenery, photo ops, food, beverage, art, history, and shopping making this ideal tour for any group -- no matter how diverse their interests. Tour highlights will include the Museum of Contemporary Art San Diego, La Jolla Historical Society, La Jolla Cove, Children’s Pool, La Valencia Hotel, and Murals of La Jolla to name a few.
Every tour is hosted and perfectly curated by La Jolla Village Merchants Association in conjunction with La Jolla's arts, culture organizations including the Sierra Club, and La Jolla Historical Society. These not-for-profit organizations and their guides guarantee the most authentic experience possible at an extremely affordable price.
