With BEST IN SHOW, Christopher Guest turned his satirical camera to the world of prestigious dog shows, resulting in perhaps his most beloved film of all. Guest’s usual comedy stalwarts are on hand playing some of the weirdest dog owners yet, and everyone who owns a pooch sees a little bit of themselves in every one onscreen. But it’s Catherine O’Hara’s Cookie Fleck who truly steals the show, flirting, singing, and carrying this hilarious movie on her shoulders.
