By filling up on breathwork, movement, and connection, you’ll leave with an energy that flows beyond the dance floor. This is about finding a rhythm that lights you up from the inside and keeps shining out to everyone around you. We believe that when you start your day with intention and joy, that energy spreads, creating ripples in your own life and in the lives of everyone you touch.

What to Expect
You’ll start with an immersive, intentional entrance to set the tone for your morning, a moment to pause, breathe, and arrive fully. The new home for this event, Music City Works Club in The Nations, is a 12,000 sq. ft. creative warehouse with plenty of room to move, explore, and connect. And yes, there’s free parking.

Bring a yoga mat for the grounding breathwork session led by Robert Hartline. From there, we flow into movement, music, and the full J.A.M. Experience.

You’ll also have healthy breakfast snacks plus coffee and drinks from Frothy Monkey to fuel the morning.

Info: We will open the doors and guests will be able to immerse themselves into the experience with a high-vibe trail designed to create the perfect mindset.
