The Dinner Menu
1st Course
(2) Potato & cheddar cheese pierogi, butternut squash puree,
crème fraiche, caramelized onion & bacon jam

2nd Course
A salad of shaved asparagus & cucumbers, edamame, watermelon radish, Grana Padana cheese, lemon vinaigrette.

3rd Course
Roasted duck breast, vegetable & orange reduction sauce. Served with broccolini
