* EXCLUSIVES need to be purchased separately, unless specified otherwise. Priority will be given to Full Pass holders, and tickets will be available for everyone else only if spots are still available shortly before the event.

Prices will increase based on the number of tickets sold and will be announced on our social media channels in advance. Last-minute price increases on the event day are not subject to this condition.
🎟️ TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. Tickets are not refundable, nor they can be converted to a voucher in any circumstances, unless the event is postponed or cancelled by the organiser.
2. Tickets are valid only with a matching photo ID. The bracelet at check-in replaces the ticket for the whole duration of the event. Loss of bracelets requires the purchase of a new ticket, unless the ticket owner presents the broken bracelet at check-in.
3. Tickets can be transferred to a new owner until Wed Feb 18 2025 19:00 CET. For transfer of ownership, an e-mail with the full name and e-mail of the new owner should be sent to [email protected] and the price difference between the original purchase and the current ticket price needs to be paid until this date. Once the original owner sends the e-mail to request the transfer, they will receive a payment link to complete this transfer.
4. These Terms and Conditions are valid in case there are differences to the original copy. For the original copy, please refer to this page.
🎟️ AGBs
1. Tickets sind nicht erstattungsfähig und können unter keinen Umständen in einen Gutschein umgewandelt werden, es sei denn, die Veranstaltung wird vom Veranstalter verschoben oder abgesagt.
2. Tickets sind nur mit einem passenden Lichtbildausweis gültig. Das Armband beim Check-in ersetzt das Ticket für die gesamte Dauer der Veranstaltung. Beim Verlust des Armbands muss ein neues Ticket gekauft werden, es sei denn, der Ticketinhaber legt das beschädigte Armband beim Check-in vor.
3. Tickets können bis Mittwoch, den 18. Juni 2025 um 19:00 Uhr MEZ an einen neuen Besitzer übertragen werden. Für die Übertragung des Besitzes sollte eine E-Mail mit dem vollständigen Namen und der E-Mail-Adresse des neuen Besitzers an [email protected] gesendet werden, und die Preisdifferenz zwischen dem ursprünglichen Kauf und dem aktuellen Ticketpreis muss bis zu diesem Datum bezahlt werden. Sobald der ursprüngliche Besitzer die E-Mail zur Anforderung der Übertragung sendet, erhält er einen Zahlungslink, um diese Übertragung abzuschließen.
