Opening during Gallery Night at Berlin Art Week, KÖNIG TELEGRAPHENAMT presents THE CHAMOMILE PROTOCOL, Hungarian artist Zsófia Keresztes’s second solo exhibition, where her mosaic-covered sculptures and soft textile forms explore identity, transformation, and the coded systems shaping human connection.
Glass mosaics suggest cellular structures and anatomical cross-sections, while checkered fabrics evoke domestic rituals and tactile memory, with scientific diagrams blooming into organs, tongues, and petals to transform the gallery into a shifting terrain of diagram and dream.
Chamomile, symbolizing healing and calm, weaves through the works as a delicate architecture balancing softness and structure, presenting bodies in mid-metamorphosis—both protective and vulnerable—where patterns fold into new forms shaped by memory, rhythm, and cultural expectation, making the exhibition an imagined interior of perpetual, incomplete transformation.
