Teens today face unprecedented challenges—from skyrocketing anxiety and social media pressures to academic stress and identity struggles. The rapid pace of modern life, combined with the complexities of digital culture, has left many young people feeling overwhelmed and disconnected. As parents and guardians, how can we better understand these issues and support our teens in navigating them?
Tickets are $150 each and include delicious food, drinks donated by local businesses, entertainment by members of the Berkeley High Jazz Band, and a thought-provoking conversation to support your teens!
This event will be at Gather Kitchen in Downtown Berkeley and proceeds will go to benefit Berkeley High School, Berkeley Independent Studies (9-12) and Berkeley Technology Academy.
