It’s often far easier to spot the ego and emotional attachments in others than in ourselves. These tendencies can be subtle, taking on many different forms. Without realizing it, we may even deceive ourselves — a habit that can lead to inner confusion and emotional pain. Yet, at our core, the human spirit is naturally free and strong, and the spiritual journey is about returning to that truth.
In this half-day workshop, we’ll focus on deepening our understanding of the ego and emotional attachments. With greater insight, we begin to see our own thought and behavior patterns more clearly, unlocking the inner strength needed to create meaningful, positive change.
Through insightful teachings, guided meditations, and practical exercises, we will explore these powerful and fascinating themes together.
