Bereavement Support Circle: Finding Shelter in the Storm
Grief is a heavy sea to navigate alone. Join us for an evening of shared support and gentle grounding. β
The "Bereavement Support Circle" is an in-person gathering for those who have experienced the loss of a loved one. Whether your loss is recent or the waves of grief are still hitting years later, you are welcome here. This is not a formal seminar or a "how-to" on moving onβit is a space to simply be where you are, among others who understand.
As a Certified Life Coach specializing in grief and transition, I lead this circle with a focus on compassion, honoring your journey, and finding moments of peace.
What to expect during our hour together:
A Safe Space: A quiet, private room at the library where your story is held with respect.
Gentle Connection: Meet others in our Murfreesboro community who are also navigating loss.
Grounding Tools: Learn simple, heart-led practices to help manage the "storms" of grief.
No Pressure: There is no requirement to speak. If you just want to sit, listen, and be in a supportive environment, your presence is honored.
