Vendor Event Day Details
Set up begins at 9 a.m., and event will begin at 10 a.m. If you need an earlier set up start time, please let us know when you register.
Tear down begins at 2 p.m. or when vendor has finished selling gear. Please plan to have your gear removed from parking lot and lawn before 3 p.m. on Sunday, May 5th.
Tides: If you’re bringing watercraft to demo for sales, low tide is at 9:46 a.m., and then will be high at 4:03 p.m. The Elks beach is small, so we’ll be using the lawn to stage watercraft for demos.
