About this Event
🌟 Bethlehem Dinner: A Night of Faith and Reflection 🌟
Step back in time with us as we gather for an immersive evening, celebrating the birth, life, and resurrection of Jesus Christ. Join us for a simple yet meaningful meal inspired by the foods of biblical times, shared in the spirit of fellowship and reflection.
This special event will transport you to ancient Bethlehem, where we’ll reflect on the greatest gift of all—Christ’s life and sacrifice. As we enter the season of giving, this evening is a chance to recenter ourselves, preparing our hearts to give generously and live in the light of His love.
The evening will include:
🍇 A delicious meal inspired by biblical times, starting with a charcuterie-style first course, followed by lentils and freshly made flatbread.
đź“– Dramatic storytelling from Brother Carlos Garbutt, who will bring to life the story of Christ's birth and resurrection.
🍞 A live demonstration on how to make flatbread by Sister Robin Eason, with reflections on how the process mirrors the Christian journey.
🎶 Live instrumental music to set the atmosphere.
More than just a dinner, this is a moment to pause and reflect on the true meaning of the holiday season. Let us remember Christ’s love and sacrifice as we prepare to share that love with others.
We invite you to come with open hearts, ready for a night of faith, fellowship, and celebration.
