About this Event
GLP-1 is the hormone everyone is talking about right now, yet most women have no idea they already have the ability to produce it naturally. Instead of relying on outside solutions, what if you could understand how your own system is designed to regulate hunger, cravings, and fat storage?
In this class, you will learn how GLP-1 is created in the gut, how modern foods and habits quietly disrupt it, and what your body actually needs to restore it. We will walk through the specific foods, eating patterns, and daily rhythms that support your natural production of this powerful hormone.
This is not about extremes or restriction. It is about working with your system instead of against it, so you can reduce cravings, support fat loss, and feel back in control of your health.
Overarching Learning Objectives
- Identify the key lifestyle and food factors that disrupt GLP-1, including modern dietary patterns that impair your ability to regulate your GLP-1 hormone
- Learn a practical, food first approach to rebuilding GLP-1 naturally, using daily foods, meal structure, and timing so you can reduce cravings and support sustainable fat loss
