Dive into an unforgettable evening celebrating Lincolnshire Wildlife Trust’s Marine Week with a talk and dinner.Ever wondered what lies just beyond our shoreline? Beneath the surface is a hidden world teeming with fascinating marine life.
Join us as we explore the rich and often overlooked marine environment of Lincolnshire, and uncover why these coastal habitats are so vital to our ecosystem. Our guest speaker, Marine Conservation Officer Lauren Storer, will guide you through the incredible species and stories that make our local seas so special. From shore crabs and moon jellyfish to harbour porpoises and seals, discover the remarkable wildlife that calls Lincolnshire’s coast home as we journey through the mudflats, sandy seabeds, and open waters of the North Sea and The Wash. After the talk, relax and enjoy a delicious homemade meal—freshly prepared quiche served with chips and salad—followed by your choice of tea or coffee.
