Closing Keynote : The Courage to Communicate:
Host: Charmaine Hammond
Info: SPONSORED BY LEVITT SAFETY & UNITED RENTALS The Courage to Communicate: Setting Boundaries That Protect Well-Being and Strengthen Connection ....................... The struggle is real.
In fast-paced, high-pressure workplaces, many dedicated professionals aren’t struggling due to a lack of commitment. Instead, they find it hard to set boundaries because they don’t feel comfortable, confident, or permitted to do so. As a result, they agree to things when it would be better to take a moment and consider.
They take on stress that doesn’t belong to them. They push themselves too far because they want to be helpful. Over time, this leads to strained relationships, resentment, compassion fatigue, communication problems, and burnout.
