Yoga + Physical Therapy Workshop at Urban Lodge Brewing
We are excited to host our second Bend and Brews workshop at Urban Lodge. Join us for a morning of movement, mobility, and community at Bend & Brews — a beginner-friendly yoga and physical therapy workshop designed to help you move and feel better both on and off the mat.
During this interactive workshop, a yoga instructor will guide attendees through 4–5 foundational yoga poses, including pose modifications to make each movement accessible for all levels. Two Doctors of Physical Therapy will then break down the mobility and strength components behind each pose, teaching practical exercises and movement strategies to improve flexibility, stability, and overall ease in the positions.
Whether you’re brand new to yoga, dealing with stiffness or aches, or simply looking to better understand your body, this workshop is designed to meet you where you are.
After the workshop, stick around to enjoy a complimentary beverage from Urban Lodge Brewing, ask questions, and socialize with the group.
