The leaves will fall, and Belter will return to Hill Station.
On Tuesday 21st October, we step back into The Hill Station kitchen with seven new dishes with shorter days in mind. Your ticket will also include your choice of two pints of Signal Lager, two glasses of wine or two non-alc options (beers or softs), to be served during your meal.
Doors open at 19:00, with food served at 20:00. The menu is as follows...
BELTER PICKLES & BREAD: bloody maria smashed cucumbers, baker's art sourdough, whipped butter.
LUMP OF HASH: confit potato tartare, pickled shallots, caper brine peas, rich egg yolk, potato skins, sorrel
PRAWN TOAST: miso leeks, xo potted shrimp, whipped butter beans, fried slice
HISPIE & MASH: charred hispi cabbage, celeriac & potato mash, fermented chilli vinegar, puff pastry scraps, tarragon
BEEF & GUINNESS: next-day beef shin ragu, guinness treacle bread croutons, sussex charmer, horseradish gremolata
ROOT SALAD: thyme sabayon, beetroot, apple, swede, celeriac, honey vinegar syrup, buckwheat crumble
SUNDAY NIPS: Parsnip & EVO oil cake, mascarpone, lemon thyme honey, crispy parsnip peel
