This is a hands-on, small-group workshop in which you will assemble and lace your own drum using UK sourced hides on native wood frames. The day is ritually grounded in the energies of the Glastonbury landscape and the themes of Beltane — rhythm, vitality, and integration.Drums will be 14” deer hide drums as standard, different size or hide options are available if booking before 25th March. Goat hides can be dyed with natural dyes, if you select a goat option we will email with further detail when we receive your booking.
The workshop will run from 11.15am-4pm including:
Grounding and connection with the land and seasonal energy
Rune selection and reflection
Guided drum-making and lacing with break for refreshments (included)
Space for reflection and closing
