About this Event
Beloved Community Discussions are hosted the Friday evening at the Longmont Chamber of Commerce before each monthly Beloved Build Day on 2nd Saturdays. Discussions explore housing-related topics through the lens of different community experiences. Housing is a national crisis, but its impact varies across demographics. These gatherings offer space to learn, share, and seek solutions together.
In April we celebrate the rich heritage and contributions of members of our Arab American communities in honor of Arab American Heritage Month. Learn from Sayed Naqibullah and Tony Pelz of CEDS Finance about Islamic Financing, and the unique economic development challenges and opportunities impacting Arab Americans and Muslim community members.
