A free livestream taster event about belonging in the workplace.
About this Event

➤ Please note, this is a taster showcase session. It’s an opportunity for Human Resources, Equality & Diversity, and Learning & Development professionals to try out elements of the programme, learn more about our work in this area, and to consider whether it’s something that they would be interested to run in their organisation.

How does the culture in your organisation incorporate the idea of belonging?

Do people have to adhere to a set of unspoken behaviors just to fit in?

Or cover certain aspects of themselves in fear of being excluded?

A thriving workplace is one where people are accepted for who they are and feel a sense of belonging.

If employees don’t experience a sense of belonging, this can impact creativity, performance and team cohesion.

Experiential, drama-based training can really help and on 16th May 2024 we’ll be live on MS Teams offering an opportunity to find out more about how.

This event will run at 09:45 - 11:00 and 13:15 - 14:30 BST on MS Teams.

A deep dive...

At Enact we’ve developed a brand-new framework that focuses on what may hinder or enhance a sense of belonging.

This showcase will demonstrate extracts from our interactive belonging series covering themes including:

? Creating an open and effective culture with psychological safety.

? Building stronger teams by understanding Neurodivergence.

? Driving innovation by working with opposing opinions.

? Keep going and prevent burnout by embracing Well-being

Through a highly interactive experience, delegates consider how they can take responsibility for creating a culture of belonging in their workplace.
