💛 Belong Circles are recurring IN-PERSON gatherings happening nationwide to authentically connect IRL, make new and lasting friendships, and come home to ourselves and each other.
⌛These 90-minute gatherings transform ordinary locations like local coffee shops, yoga studios after-hours, public parks, and community venues into spaces for meaningful connection.
👑 Facilitated by trained community architects, Belong Circles offer a respite from screen time and technology and help us re-find joy and re-connect to ourselves and the people around us. Come for yourself or in service of your community who needs you.

We’re Belong Center, a 501c3 nonprofit, and we have an audacious mission: to end loneliness and isolation across the planet. Rather than looking at loneliness through the lens of pathology, we center joy, meaning, connection, and courageous optimism to help people break through the mythology that they’re alone and to find their people.
ps: there isn’t one silver bullet to ending loneliness. Some of Belong Center’s 2024-2025 initiatives include:
- Launching our Belong Circles program of in-person gatherings across the country. We’re currently launched in ~20 U.S. cities and will launch in all 50 states this year.
- Funding and launching an academic study on the impact of experiences of collective effervescence on loneliness and isolation
- Kicking off a Block Party challenge to encourage strong neighborly ties, the loss of which has a direct tie to a rise in loneliness and isolation
- Launching Belong Benches across major markets to create more public spaces for connection and belonging
Brought to you by the co-founders of the global early-morning dance movement and opener to Oprah Winfrey's 2020 stadium tour, Belong Center is the modern incarnation of the community center for the 21st century.
We want to make gathering fun and meaningful again.
We've been gathering since the beginning of time, but have forgotten in this fast-paced world how to slow down and re-connect to ourselves and each other.
Our goal? To end loneliness and social isolation by offering a unique blend of community connection, learning, and healing.

Sprout Society was created to make space: space to talk, space to make, space to do and space to be. Their work connects people one on-one, in peer groups and with experts as part of the larger mental health ecosystem. Their location in Bushwick is open to all and we're thrilled to be partnering with them to be our "home" for Belong Circles in NYC in the months to come.
