Bellydance Fusion 101: Drills & Combos!

WHAT TO EXPECT: Join Anastasia to learn Bellydance Fusion basics and fundamentals! Each class begins with a 5 minute warm up, followed by nonstop Bellydance drills and combos. We will learn both classical and modern Bellydance moves, and how to build our movements into short phrases and sequences. Students will explore muscle isolations, transitions, footwork and traveling steps, spins and turns, shimmies, musicality, and more. This is a beginner friendly series, but all levels are welcome!
ABOUT THE INSTRUCTOR: Anastasia is a passionate instructor with 2 decades of dance experience. She began her dance journey at the world renowned Hot Pot Studios in 2005. Anastasia has had the amazing opportunity to attend trainings and workshops with some of the top names in the Bellydance Fusion community, including Amy Sigil, Zoe Jakes, Kami Liddle, Rachel Brice, Ariellah, Jill Parker, Ebony Qualls, and more. Anastasia has experienced first hand the profound power of Bellydance to empower, express, inspire, invoke joy, and create connection, and she loves sharing the joy and many benefits of Bellydance with her students.
