Learn lovely, gracious flowing scarf movements. These low-impact dances improve posture, strengthen your pelvic and deep abdominal muscles, gently tone your entire body, promote flexibility, and balance. They also make you feel amazing! This is a nice gentle movement course for all ages (not an intense shake your tailfeather class) in your regular street clothes.
