5 Week daytime course for beginners Learn some beginners moves steps and techniques work towards achieving a simple fun routine. Belly dance has many wellness and workout benefits. At each course we practice authentic belly dance along with gentle embodiment and mindful movement techniques to improve wellbeing. Wear comfortable clothing suitable for dance / workout. We dance and move barefoot or feel free to bring ballet flat shoes that are flexible and have a soft sole. Sequin tassel hip scarves are provided for all to borrow at class or bring your own. Bring water.
