This class will focus on belly dance technique. You will go over basic moves with great detail—breaking down individual moves and anatomical explanations for belly dance movements which named each muscle and its range of motion per body plane. Focus on individual areas of the body and establish muscle memory for individual moves throughout the 8 -week course.
