Join this mommy and me series for postpartum women! Learn how to improve your posture, core and pelvic floor strength and recover well from pregnancy and child birth. WHO: Postpartum women and (non-crawling) babies! Anyone 10 days post vaginal birth and 6 weeks post cesearan birth. (Women up to several months postpartum are welcome!!!)
WHAT: 6 week series, meeting once per week for 75 mins. Learn exercises to heal your core and pelvic floor in addition to learning about common postpartum topics and connecting with other new moms.
WHEN: Thursday's at 10:00 am, beginning October 10th
