Wonderful Waves with Fluid Connections
What to Expect:
2 hour technique workshop focusing on helping students to gain full understanding of the movements used in our classes.
This workshop will focus on developing the understanding and muscle control needed for gorgeous body waves. We will cover a whole range of wave movements including torso waves top to down, reverse body wave up, upper and lower body waves, travelling with undulations, level change undulations and waves of the arms and even ripples of the hands too.
Returning students will be given extra layers and challenges to promote further deeper development and clean presentation of the movements.
The workshop will include detailed explanations of the moves, mini practice drills and plenty of individual assistance empowering all students to gain clarity, improve technique and grow in ability and confidence.
