📋 Important Information & Disclosures
Refund Policy: Ticket sales are final and non-refundable for personal reasons (change of plans, illness, scheduling conflicts). Your ticket is transferable — feel free to pass it along to someone who can attend. If K&L Events cancels the event, a full refund of the ticket price will be issued within 30 days. If a significant change occurs (date, venue, or core programming), you will be notified and given 14 days to request a full refund. Minor changes (individual vendor participation, schedule updates) are not grounds for a refund. Full details: bbbexpo.com/terms.
Photography Notice: Bellies, Babies & Beyond is a public event. Photography and video recording may occur by media, exhibitors, sponsors, and fellow attendees throughout the venue. By attending, you acknowledge that you may appear in photographs or video taken by others. If K&L Events obtains any event photographs or footage, they may be used for promotional and archival purposes. Please be mindful of other attendees' privacy, especially children.
