About this Event
A table set for devotion.
A night shaped by fermentation, fire, and time.
Join Southside Cellar and Priory for an intimate Belgian Beer Dinner — a multi-course experience celebrating one of the world’s most sacred beer traditions.
Belgian brewing is built on patience and mystery: wild yeast, monastery walls, cellar darkness, and recipes passed down like whispered prayers. For one night, we gather around that tradition — pairing thoughtfully crafted Belgian beers with a seasonal, chef-driven menu designed to honor depth, balance, and restraint.
Each course will be intentionally paired, guiding you through classic and modern Belgian styles — from crisp and contemplative to dark, complex, and warming — alongside food built to elevate what’s in the glass.
This is not a tasting.
This is not a rush.
It’s a long table.
A shared rhythm.
A slow unfolding of flavor and story.
