This is the Meet-up Drinks and Dinner at Stock Bar and Kitchen - upstairs in St George's Market at around 5pm/1700hrs on Saturday 27th June, an element of a longer event in Belfast - full details follow. Mary and Lynda are pleased to announce that they are hosting their first ever Belfast “Tall Walk, Talk and Drinks!” to help celebrate National Tall Person’s Meet-Up Day. This is an event for all ages, arriving solo or with tall friends and family. Our meetups are only for tallies - men normally 6'2" and above, women normally 5'10" and above.
Meet at 3pm/1500hrs on Saturday 27th June by 'The Big Fish' / 'The Salmon of Knowledge' by the Lagan Weir. Walking at meandering pace round the Maritime Mile (City Quays to Titanic Quarter). Then to explore the Sailortown neighbourhood, view the 'Dividers' sculpture, and cross the Lagan Footbridge to the Titanic Quarter, passing the SS Nomadic and Titanic Belfast then onto The Waterfront Hall. It should take around 2 hours dependant on the weather and how long we stop to take in the surroundings.
We will end at Stock Bar and Kitchen - upstairs in St George's Market at around 5pm/1700hrs. Space is reserved for our group so a seat will be waiting. Stay for a drink or two or more. Food menu available. For anyone unable to make the walk, feel free to go straight to the pub.
