Through simple centering practices, the exquisite sounds of alchemy crystal bowls, the wise words of the world’s peacemakers and the strength of our own hearts, we take time for
self care, soul care, and world care.
In the lead up to this US election where there is often an increase in polarization, this is an opportunity to support one another in peace. This is not a time for promoting or disparaging any political view, instead it is a quiet activism, a time for us to step away from the fray, make space to listen to the still small voice within and to support one another to create a nourishing field of presence and connection.
Give yourself a gift of slowing down, tuning in, resting in the peace of your deep inner being and celebrating with one another energies we wish to see the world.
