Join us for the next edition of Being, Human in collaboration with Osler Health and Us Therapy for an informative discussion on men’s mental wellbeing and the role changing hormones play in men’s health. Join Mark Rozario as he sits down with Dr Neil Forrest, a leading men’s health doctor at Osler Health, and Dr Emma Waddington, an experienced psychologist from Us Therapy as they unpack the pressures men are under, the role of testosterone and how lifestyle choices can positively affect our mental resilience.

Speaker Bio's


Dr.Emma Waddington

Ph.D Psychology, M.Sc. Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, M.Sc. Research Methods in Psychology, B.Sc. Psychology (Hons.)


Dr Emma Waddington is a UK trained Clinical Psychologist who is registered with British Health Care Professions Council, is a Chartered Psychologist with British Psychological Society and an accredited Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapist by the BABCP (British Association for Behavioural and Cognitive Psychotherapists).


Dr Emma Waddington has 20 years of experience in the field of mental health. She worked as a Clinical Psychologist in UK local services, hospitals and in the private sector for over ten years prior to coming to Singapore. In this time, she worked at developing a Dialectical Behaviour Therapy service for young people and adults at a local hospital in addition to lecturing at the Anna Freud Centre, and was a visiting lecturer at the Institute of Psychiatry, London.

Since coming to Singapore, Emma has worked with adults, couples, children and families to help them overcome emotional difficulties such as anxiety, depression, sleep disorders, anger management and behavioural difficulties using Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. She also ran a Dialectical Behaviour Therapy service within the National University Singapore (NUS) Masters of Clinical Psychology programme for two years and was an adjunct associate professor at NUS for five years.

Emma currently works closely with community services in Singapore to support the growth of psychological care within local services.


Dr.Neil Forrest

Dr Forrest graduated from the University of Leeds with degrees in Medicine and Sports Science, and initially undertook training in Orthopaedics, becoming a member of the Royal College of Surgeons before training in General Practice.

He worked as a Family Physician in London before relocating to Singapore with his family, where he has practiced for the past 8 years.

Dr Forrest enjoys providing care for all generations of the family and has a particular interest in preventative medicine. He is experienced in all aspects of family medicine, sports and musculoskeletal medicine, minor surgical procedures and mental health. Dr Forrest also regularly sees patients concerned about sexual health, contraception (including Implanon), men’s health and chronic disease management. Passionate about preventative health solutions for his patients, Dr Forrest is a certified IBLM (International Board of Lifestyle Medicine) diplomates and is also a member of the British Society of Lifestyle Medicine.


Mark Rozario

Mark Rozario is a senior clinical psychologist registered in Singapore, who has over a decade of psychotherapy expertise in various public and private psychological services across Singapore and Australia. As a seasoned SPS-registered clinical supervisor, he has been guiding and supporting young individuals through their professional psychological journeys.

Mark specialises in psychotherapy for addictions and sleep disorders experienced by adults across all ages. He also possesses a strong commitment towards addressing the nuanced complexities of trauma, mood disorder, and men’s health concerns. His proficiency extends beyond Cognitive Behavioural Therapy to Acceptance Commitment Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Schema Therapy among others.

Mark Rozario utilises compassion when fostering growth and healing, empowering clients to navigate their lives with confidence and resilience
