This panel features NYU Wagner alumni serving as Chiefs of Staff across a range of organizations, offering a rare inside look into the day-to-day responsibilities, strategic challenges, and leadership skills required in the role. Whether you're considering a COS position or simply want to understand how high-functioning organizations operate at the top, this conversation will illuminate how Chiefs of Staff drive alignment, manage complexity, and serve as trusted advisors to senior leadership.
