Ever wondered what happens behind the curtain before the spotlight comes on? This fun, hands-on workshop invites participants to explore the world behind the stage where planning, teamwork, creativity and problem-solving bring performances to life.
Over two engaging days, students will discover how various people come together to make theatre happen. Through games and activities, they will learn the importance of communication, collaboration, and attention to detail skills that are just as useful offstage as they are on stage.
What your child will learn:
· Understanding how a performance is planned and executed
· Setting up rehearsal and performance spaces
· Exploring the role of teamwork and communication in theatre
· Learning how to manage props, cues and simple show elements
· Creative problem-solving through games and group tasks
