About this Event
Enjoy a 2 hr. transformative creative experience where we explore the many faces we wear and discover what lies beneath the masks we present to the world.
We'll begin by exploring the Johari Window - a psychological framework that reveals the different aspects of how we show up in the world. Through guided reflection and artistic expression, you'll examine the four quadrants of self-awareness: what you know and share openly, what you keep hidden, what others see that you might not recognize, and the unknown potential waiting to be discovered.
The Process:
Reflective questionnaire to explore each quadrant of your Johari Window
Create artistic representations of the different "masks" you wear in various areas of your life
Work with mixed media to express both the protective and authentic aspects of how you show up
Group sharing and witnessing (optional but encouraged)
What You'll Take Home:
Deeper understanding of your authentic self versus your protective personas
Artistic pieces representing your inner landscape
Tools for recognizing when you're operating from authenticity versus protection
Connection with others on a similar journey of self-discovery
Who This Is For: Anyone curious about the different faces they present to the world, interested in exploring authenticity through creative expression, or looking to understand the gap between who they are and how they show up in relationships.
Notes: This workshop involves introspective work and emotional exploration. Please come prepared to engage with potentially vulnerable feelings in a supportive group setting.
