About this Event

With Troop #1040, we’re changing that narrative.Our troop provides a safe, supportive, and empowering space where girls ages 7-11 can build confidence, practice social skills, and form meaningful friendships—while exploring everything Girl Scouts has to offer!

Here’s why this is so important: Research shows that girls are often diagnosed with developmental or social differences much later than boys. Because of this, they can miss out on early support and opportunities to connect with peers who truly “get” them. Traditional social skills groups are often boy-dominated, leaving girls feeling like they don’t belong.

We can’t wait to see the growth, laughter, and sisterhood that will happen here.
