You’ll learn how to work with the breath, steady your attention, and navigate common challenges like restlessness, distraction, or “am I doing this right?” moments. Expect short guided practices, helpful tips you can use right away, and space to settle in without pressure.
This isn’t about emptying your mind or getting it “perfect.” It’s about showing up, noticing what’s here, and building a bit more ease and awareness over time. Come as you are—leave with tools you can actually use in your daily life.
