Beginner’s Yoga Workshop New to yoga? Wanting to learn some basics? Join Pam and Nicole for a gentle, supportive 2‑hour workshop designed to help you feel confident and prepared for your yoga journey.
We’ll explore:
• What yoga is, a brief history
• Simple breathwork techniques
• Foundations of common poses
• A short, beginner‑friendly practice
• Space for questions and guidance
Perfect for absolute beginners or anyone wanting to reconnect with the basics. You will not be doing a physical practice this entire time. We'll be demonstrating and working with you to assist in developing comfort and insight. This will be a very accessible experience for all body types and levels of ability.
Come learn, breathe, move, have some tea, and feel supported every step of the way. You will walk away feeling inspired and confident in your practice.
