Join me for this gentle yoga course for those experiencing anxiety.This 3 week course is aimed at beginners or for anyone who has done some yoga but might be, injured or has limited range of movement. The emphasis is on moving the body in a slow and mindful way and using the breath to assist with anxiety management.
Each class is 45 minutes with a maximum of 8 participants
Yoga mats provided.
Dates: 30th September, 7th October and 14th October
Cost: £20 for the course.
