Beginners yoga course starts in Reigate on November 6th! Welcoming sessions for those who are new to yoga as well as those with some previous experience who would like to establish a good foundation in the basics.
The sessions will offer you a calm space in the week in which you can clear your mind and tend to your wellbeing. Each class incorporates movement breathing practices a range of yoga poses and relaxation. You don't need to be flexible - the focus is on each person moving in a way that's right for them.
The course runs on Wednesday mornings, 9.15-10.15am for a total of 7 weeks, November 6th to December 18th.
