Beginners Yoga; 4 Week Course

Join yoga teacher Chloe and a small group for a complete beginners 4 week yoga course. Over the course of 4 x 60 min classes you will be introduced to the foundations of yoga; from yoga asanas (postures), basic meditation, and simple pranayama (breathwork).
This course is for anyone looking to start learning yoga from scratch or to deepen their understanding of yoga by taking it back to basics.4 x 60 min classes
