A gentle and slow yoga class to introduce you to the practice of yoga and the different asanas (poses) and breathing techniques. Feel supported in your asana practice, so you can feel more confident in your practice. Donnamarie creates a fun and supportive environment for you to explore this type of movement, going into the correct alignment and providing modifications as required.

What to bring?
Please bring a yoga mat if you have one, or use one of ours for a $2 donation.
Wear comfortable clothing, designed for movement and stretching.
Bring a water bottle.
All other equipment is provided.
