So you’ve made the decision to start sewing but don’t know what to do next, sound familiar? Join this 3 hour, practical introduction to using a sewing machine to take away any fears and make a bag. You will learn how to correctly use the machine; how to thread up and use the shuttle; learn tips for sewing accurately and putting together some simple seams. You may also have the chance to use the overlocker to neatly finish your bag.
This is your chance to ask the questions and get answers to all your sewing problems and curiosities.
The workshop includes materials, equipment use and refreshments.
